Fraport Twin Star Signs New Long-Term Landside Concession Agreements

Partnerships with Lagardere Travel Retail and Gingers to Enrich the Commercial and Culinary Landscape of Both Airports

Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD is pleased to announce the successful signing of new long-term concession agreements for retail and food & beverage outlets in the landside areas of Burgas Airport and Varna Airport. This marks a significant step forward in enhancing the passenger experience.

Following a competitive tender process, Lagardere Travel Retail has been awarded the Master Retail Concession, covering all landside retail outlets at both airports. Additionally, the current food & beverage operator, Gingers, along with Lagardere Travel Retail, has been awarded food & beverage concessions for various outlets at the airports.

The new contracts, each with a seven-year term, will bring substantial investments in renovation, refurbishment, and rebranding, ensuring a modern and diverse commercial offering tailored to the evolving needs of passengers. This strategic development aligns with Fraport Twin Star's commitment to delivering high-quality retail and dining experiences at Burgas and Varna airports.
