The primary function of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management is to provide facilities for the safe, secure and efficient movement of passengers, freight and aircraft at Burgas and Varna Airports.

Against this background, Fraport Twin Star Airport Management works closely with commercial organizations and private persons wishing to use the airports for filming and photography activities.

Fraport Twin Star Airport Management is committed to maintaining safety and security at Burgas and Varna airports and may decline filming or photographing at the airport for safety, security or operational reasons.
Fraport Twin Star Airport Management reserves the right to refuse permission to any organization or person or to issue a ban on any organization or person to film or photograph at Burgas and Varna airports based on previous abuse or misuse of filming or photography rights. It is therefore important that these guidelines and in particular the Terms and Conditions listed below are complied with.

Any person or organization wishing to film or photograph at Burgas and Varna Airports should complete the application forms and return an e-mail to  ftspr@fraport-bulgaria.com five (5) business days before the proposed activity.

Arrangements for airside access must also be confirmed with Fraport Twin Star Airport Management five (5) business days before arrival at the airport.

In all cases, filming or photography will not be permitted until the attached applications have been filled and returned to Fraport Twin Star Airport Management. Payment is required prior to the day of filming/photographing.

The safe, secure and efficient movement of passengers, freight and aircraft at the airport must not be interfered with in any way. The site used for filming or photography must be kept clean, tidy and safe at all times. The location specified in the attached application must not be used for any purpose other than the purpose for filming or photography specified in the application.

Fraport Twin Star Airport Management may relocate, defer or cancel any approved filming or photography activity when safety, security or operational considerations demand it. In those circumstances, Fraport Twin Star Airport Management will not be responsible for any loss to any person or organization.

Persons or organizations wishing to film or photograph on the airside of the airport are subject to security access control requirements. In particular, all persons must be accompanied by an airport official and a valid pass card must be obtained for each person entering the airside. Pass card prices are expenses of the filming/photographing company.

A fee is levied in advance for filming and photography activity undertaken for commercial gain. The full amount of the fee will be communicated by Fraport Twin Star Airport Management after an application is received and before the activity commences. No filming or photography will be permitted until the applicable fee is paid. Fees are as follows:

It is hereby understood that everyone willing to photograph/film for commercial and advertising purposes on the territory of Burgas and/or Varna Airport has accepted the present filming and photography fees upon their publication and according to the principle of acceptance by virtue of Art. 298 of the Bulgarian Commercial Act.
